Le Nez de Muse is their fresh, unoaked Chardonnay, fermented and aged in steel to keep all the cool climate cut and clarity intact. Patrick refuses to chaptalize, so these wines come in light, bright and brisk, true to Vezelay's slow ripening terroir. This is white Burgundy that prizes energy
