In silver gilt, a white and red enameled Cross Patte, featuring a surrounded gilded laurel wreath in each quadrant, with superposed obverse centre featuring a four pointed star in silver, depicting a Peruvian sun surrounded by the inscription PALMAS MAGISTRALES DEL PERU (Peruvian Magisterial Palms), plain reverse with Peruvian hallmark denoting . 925 silver purity, and illegible
